In general, the Partners/Officers and Principals are responsible for final decisions on all matters important to the firm. Principals of the firm are
accounting professional staff members who have displayed outstanding performance at lower staff levels and are under consideration as potential Officers or are discharging duties of Officers. Principals may be asked to participate in Officers' meetings, but cannot vote.
