Supervise a number of major engagements at one time |

Assume full technical responsibility for assignments falling within their expertise |

See that the staff members on their engagements receive proper training, including the communication, at individual and group meetings, of firm policies and technical information |

Determine that the engagement is properly planned before the work starts |

Supervise the work in progress |

|
Take full administrative charge of engagements assigned to them (scheduling, compliance due dates, monitoring time budgets) |

|
Perform supervisory review of the financial statements and work papers for each engagement |
|
|
•
|
Resolve all problems prior to the submission of the report for final Officer review |
|
|
•
|
Maintain relationships with clients |
|
|
•
|
Assist in some of the firm's administrative matters |
|
|
•
|
Represent the firm in professional and service organizations |
|
|
•
|
Assist Officers with practice development and practice management |
|
