Job Description:

The ideal candidate needs to be able to track daily activity and prepare month end reporting and handle a wide range of accounting and analytical duties. You should have a good understanding of the overall accounting function and be able to work independently, recommending procedures and implementing them.

Job Responsibilities:

•	Direct the audit fieldwork of staff accountants.

•	Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients.

•	Research accounting and audit issues.

•	Work with partners and engagement executives in developing audit approach.

•	Develop and provide performance feedback to audit staff.

Job Requirements:

•	Bachelor's degree in accounting

•	CPA preferred

•	Ability to complete the CPA certification upon passing the examination.

•	Excellent project management skills.

•	Team player with high integrity.
