Job Description:

The Tax Senior will assist in all areas of the income tax and property tax process. Preparation of all compliance for the tax department and be involved with researching various tax issues.

Job Responsibilities:

•	Work with tax director on all global tax issues

•	Will be responsible for preparation of federal and state consolidated income tax return.

•	Assist in preparing yearly and quarterly income tax provision.

Job Requirements:

•	Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance from four-year college or university

•	Requires some experience and/or exposure within financial services / computer / data processing companies.

•	Requires good problem solving, strong analytical skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.

•	Requires some knowledge of financial principles and techniques.

•	Requires some knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
