Job Description:

The Marketing Associate will help create and maintain content for the firm's Intranet and Internet sites. The Associate will manage and maintain content and assist industry sector groups and administrative departments in creating content. Editorial skills are critical to success.

Job Responsibilities:

•	Manage and maintain content and design of websites on a global basis and keep web sites up-to-date.

•	Recommend, write and edit content for Intranet and Internet sites

•	Review and edit site content generated by others.

•	Create/provide graphics for Intranet and Internet sites as necessary.

•	Help to define and drive web strategy to support business goals.

•	Work with Application Developer (IT Dept) to update structural and navigational aspects of the Intranet and Internet sites as appropriate.

•	May engage in lower-level public relations activities as needed.

•	May assist with administrative and publishing tasks.

Job Requirements:

•	3+ years of current or recent experience as the primary person responsible for writing and/or editing all content on a web portal.

•	Financial services experience is preferable

•	Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•	Ability to quickly and effectively create documents as well as proofread and edit documents created by others

•	Ability to work proactively under deadline pressure.

•	Effective organizational skills and ability to appropriately prioritize tasks.

•	Demonstrated teamwork.
