Title: Credit Analyst/Collections Specialist

Job Description:
The Credit Analyst will be responsible for account collection; contacting delinquent accounts to resolve overdue payment and reviewing terms of sale. Will perform account analysis, review paying habits of customers and make recommendations regarding account status.
Job Responsibilities:
     • Run credit reports
     • Gather trade and bank reference information
     • Prepare cash receipts information for deposit and fax information to Northbrook
     • Make collection calls and type demand/default letters as directed
     • Perform various customer service tasks including but not limited to running lease payoffs, payment histories, and account verifications.
     • Make follow-up calls on deals in process and insurance follow-up calls
     • Maintain lease files and lessee address changes
Job Requirements:
     • Associates Degree with 2(+) years of experience in Accounting/Credit/Collections with emphasis in commercial lending.
     • Must be computer literate and have excellent communication skills.
