The primary purpose of this position is to configure, install, and test computer hardware, software, and peripherals in accordance with standardized system configurations. Troubleshoot moderately complex hardware, software, networking, and server issues; find root causes of system incompatibilities; and recommend courses of action. Upgrade software applications, maintain software libraries and licensing files; and keep abreast of planned software releases/versions.
